HIDE-A-WAY RESORT

The resort is set back in acres of woods, definitely Wisconsin at it's finest, yet minutes from Rhinelander, Minocqua, Tomahawk and many other tourist destinations. The resort is located on a private lake with 4 lake front cabins and a lodge. All cabins are very clean, modern and comfortable. They are lined with cedar and finished in natural colors preserving a beautiful appearance. Kitchens are full size, stove/ refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pots/filters, dishes and all cookware/ utensils included. Each cabin has a television/ VCR. Cabins also have fans and furnaces if they are needed. All bed linens, blankets and pillows are provided. Extra cots are available for a small additional cost, please request in advance. Playpens and high chairs can also be provided if requested in advance.

Hide-A-Way resort is on Muskie Lake, approximately 50 acres in size and up to 60 feet deep in areas. It is known for a wide variety of fish including muskie, northern, bass, and a variety of pan fish. It's hours of fun for the whole family. We also include a 14 foot lund boat (with each cabin), anchors, oars, life jackets for all sizes. Honda outboards are available to rent. Just remember to bring you poles.

A nice attraction to the lake is a pair of adult loons who have resided here for years. The lodge offers a full bar & resturant. The grounds offer a relaxing atmosphere complete with fire pits, lawn chairs, picnic tables, childrens swing set, hammocks, outdoor grills, and even the firewood. There is also volley ball, horseshoes, badminton, and a sand box. For those that love the water there is a 20 x 20 swim raft. Something for all ages.
